So you want to launch a projectile at a target? You have a backgarden or suitable land space. You are the owner, or you have the owner's consent? You will not allow a projectile to intrude into a neighbour's space unless you have their consent. You will not allow anyone under the age of 14 free use without continuous supervision by an adult over the age of 21. You will not display it or fire it in sight of the public or within 15 metres to the centre of the highway.
The projectile could be a lead pellet, a throwing knife, a crossbow bolt, a steel or plastic ball. There are a number of projectile launchers which do not require a licence which may be used within the space criteria above.
